Carmella Cassetta is the Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO). In this role, she is responsible for all IT functions that support clinical and business operations for the Hoag Health System. This includes oversight of the Electronic Health Record (EHR), IT operations, enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, network engineering, business and clinical applications and technology infrastructure.

Ms. Cassetta has over 30 years’ experience in technology across multiple industries including Corporate Vice President of Global IT at Ingram Micro, VP of IT at Barnes and Noble Retail, VP of IT at Barnesandnoble.com, and VP and CIO at Corinthian Colleges.

Ms. Cassetta graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business. She also received certification in Information Technology from New York University School of Continuing Education.

Ms. Cassetta serves as an advisory board member for AWT (Advancing Women in Technology) non-profit board and is an advocate for women in technology.
