Bio
Growing up surrounded by primary care physicians piqued an interest in human anatomy for Dr. Tang-Ulanday. As she progressed through schooling, her natural interests aligned with the subjects of biology, human physiology and psychology. Pursuing a career in medicine allowed her to integrate these interests while also providing a opportunity to help her community. Dr. Tang-Ulanday’s passion is driven by people - her patients, her staff and her family. Caring for others allows her the opportunity to both learn from and about people of all ages and backgrounds while supporting patients in achieving their health goals. Conscientious is a word that describes Dr. Tang-Ulanday. She appreciates the opportunity to foster long-term physician-patient relationships garnering their trust to provide them with evidence-based medical information and working together as a team to create a treatment plan that aligns with the patients’ health goals, lifestyle and values. Dr. Tang-Ulanday received her medical degree from Creighton University School of Medicine in Phoenix, Arizona and completed her family medicine residency as the Chief Resident at Creighton University Family Medicine Residency Program in Phoenix, Arizona. Outside of work, Dr. Tang-Ulanday enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing piano, traveling and reading. Additionally, also loves exploring different types of cuisine at new restaurants.
